Ben Youngblood has been in the construction business in southern California for over 40 years. Ben operated as a general contractor building  and remodeling custom homes, high end homes, and renovating commercial projects managing  an average of 30 in-house employees, and teams of subcontractors.

Consulting Services 

Ben conducts consulting services for clients seeking advice to navigate their projects, and stay in control. Services include pre-construction budgeting, contractor qualification, selection of industry professionals, including contractors, sub-contractors. Monitoring percentage of completion billing, quality control, change orders, critical path scheduling, and project close out.
